1. Introduction
Welcome to UniServe ('we,' 'our,' or 'us'). These Terms of Service ('Terms') govern your access to and use of our service marketplace platform, including our website, mobile applications, and related services (collectively, the 'Service').
By accessing or using UniServe, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you may not access or use the Service.
UniServe is a platform that connects service providers ('Providers') with customers ('Customers') seeking various services. We facilitate transactions but are not a party to any service agreements between Providers and Customers.
2. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account, accessing, or using UniServe, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
You must be at least 18 years old to use UniServe. If you are under 18, you may only use the Service with the supervision and consent of a parent or legal guardian.
If you are using UniServe on behalf of a business or organization, you represent and warrant that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms.
3. User Accounts
To use certain features of UniServe, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
You may not create multiple accounts, transfer your account to another person, or use another person's account without permission. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
You agree to verify your identity and provide any additional information or documentation we may request for account verification or compliance purposes.
4. Services and Bookings
Providers are independent service providers and are not employees, agents, or representatives of UniServe. Providers are solely responsible for the services they provide to Customers.
Customers may browse, search, and book services through the Platform. Bookings are subject to Provider availability and acceptance.
Providers must accurately represent their services, qualifications, pricing, and availability. Providers are responsible for delivering services as described and agreed upon with Customers.
UniServe reserves the right to remove or suspend any service listing that violates these Terms or applicable laws. We do not guarantee the availability of any specific service or Provider.
All service agreements are between Providers and Customers. UniServe is not a party to these agreements and is not responsible for the quality, safety, or legality of services provided.
5. Payments and Fees
Customers agree to pay all fees associated with booked services, including service fees, taxes, and any additional charges as displayed at the time of booking.
UniServe processes payments on behalf of Providers. Payments are typically held in escrow until service completion, after which funds are released to Providers according to our payment schedule.
We charge transaction fees to Providers for using our platform. These fees are clearly disclosed before service listing and may vary by service category or subscription plan.
All prices are displayed in the currency selected by the user. Currency conversion rates are provided for reference only and may vary at the time of payment processing.
Refunds are processed according to our Refund Policy. Customers may request refunds through the platform, and Providers may issue refunds at their discretion, subject to our cancellation policies.
UniServe reserves the right to change our fee structure at any time. Changes will be communicated to users in advance and will not affect existing bookings.
6. Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellation policies vary by Provider and service type. Customers and Providers should review cancellation terms before confirming a booking.
Customers may cancel bookings according to the Provider's cancellation policy. Cancellation fees may apply as specified in the booking terms.
Providers may cancel bookings but should do so with reasonable notice. Repeated cancellations may result in account restrictions or suspension.
Refunds are processed according to the applicable cancellation policy. Processing times may vary by payment method and typically take 5-10 business days.
UniServe may cancel bookings in cases of fraud, safety concerns, or violations of these Terms. Affected users will be notified and refunded as appropriate.
7. User Conduct
You agree to use UniServe only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

Violations of these conduct rules may result in immediate account suspension or termination.
8. Intellectual Property
The Service, including its original content, features, and functionality, is owned by UniServe and is protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

UniServe does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of any information on the Service. We are not responsible for the quality, safety, or legality of services provided by Providers.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, UNISERVE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, DATA LOSS, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION.
Our total liability to you for any claims arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to UniServe in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $100, whichever is greater.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or limitation of liability, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless UniServe, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to:

We may suspend or terminate your account immediately, without prior notice, if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or for any other reason we deem necessary to protect the Service or other users.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. We may delete your account and data, subject to our data retention policies and applicable law.
Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.
13. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes by email or through a notice on the Service.
Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
If you do not agree to the modified Terms, you must stop using the Service and may terminate your account.
We encourage you to review these Terms periodically to stay informed of any updates.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which UniServe operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the applicable arbitration association, except where prohibited by law.
You agree to waive any right to a jury trial and to participate in class action lawsuits.
